Canada Minute Books is intended to provide software for organizing and maintaining corporate records. Unless expressly provided under a separate professional engagement, the platform does not provide legal, accounting or tax advice.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the information and documents they enter, upload or maintain, and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

Account security

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and for assigning appropriate access permissions. Production terms will describe authentication, authorized users, suspension, recovery and security obligations in greater detail.
