Privacy Policy
Foundation draft — August 2026. This page is a product-development placeholder and should be reviewed by Canadian privacy/legal counsel before production launch.
Our approach
Canada Minute Books is being designed to collect only the information necessary to operate accounts, maintain corporate workspaces, provide customer support, secure the service and process subscriptions.
Corporate records
Corporate records uploaded or entered by customers remain customer-controlled information. Production architecture will include access controls, encryption, activity logging, backup procedures and data-export capabilities.
Service providers
Production infrastructure may use specialized service providers for hosting, authentication, email, payments, monitoring and secure file storage. Final production providers and cross-border processing disclosures will be documented before launch.
Contact and rights
Customers will be able to request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal, security and record-retention requirements. Production contact details will be added before commercial launch.
